Michelle, a native New Mexican, decided two master degrees and career in the corporate world simply would not satisfy her passion for cooking and creating great food. Now with a combined 20 years of teaching, catering, commercial food and restaurant experience under her chef’s jacket, she is hitting her stride! Michelle is zealous about working closely with dedicated farmers and purveyors within the slow food movement to source and serve the best organic and sustainable ingredients available. Her joy is to use her expertise to fashion fabulous food and events that bring good people together. She has studied extensively in Italy, New York and Los Angeles, and collaborates often with regional food experts. Michelle is the former founder/owner of Cucina Angelica, and Pasta Divina companies.
